Zoya Z does not accept returns. We offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
