At Zoya Z, we take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship and fine materials of our collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are pleased to assist you with an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility Window You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

• 
  Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup, scents, or deodorant marks.
  
• Items must remain in their original condition with all brand tags and original packaging attached.
  
• Items returned without meeting these standards will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  

2. Hygiene & Accessories Policy To maintain the highest health and hygiene standards for our clientele:

• Undercaps, hijab caps, magnetic pins, and unsealed base accessories are Final Sale and non-returnable once opened or worn, unless delivered in a damaged or defective state.
  
• Unopened, sealed hijabs in their original, tamper-evident packaging remain eligible for returns within the 30-day window.
  

3. Sale & Promotional Items

• Items purchased under designated Clearance, Final Sale, or Archive Sales are non-refundable and ineligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  
• Standard full-price items purchased using introductory discount codes remain eligible for return or store credit under our standard 30-day window.
  

4. Return Shipping & Processing

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or defective item.
  
• We recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. Zoya Z is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Please allow 5–7 business days from the date your package arrives at our facility for inspection and store credit or refund processing.
  

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify our team at info@zoyazofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Verified discrepancies will receive immediate replacement or full refund including prepaid return shipping.

6. How to Initiate a Return Email info@zoyazofficial.com with your Order Number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for return. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
