At Zoya Z, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
