At Zoya Z, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping fees.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed subject to availability.

All sale items are final and not eligible for return.
